Apple News+ is a subscription service that offers one-stop access to magazines and other publications. It’s typically $9.99 a month, or included with the $29.95 monthly Apple One Premier bundle, which also includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade.
Right now, Apple is extending its Apple News+ free trial to three months with a limited offer that’s valid through Monday, Nov. 30, MacRumors reports. Normally, there’s a 30-day trial to test the service, so this promotion adds two more months for a generous “try on” period.
The company confirmed the news on the official Apple News Twitter account; tap the link to open Apple News on your device. The 3-month invitation, which is for new subscribers only, begins when you click “Start Reading” and sign in with your Apple ID and password.
The deal is available for users in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Once the trial has ended, Apple News+ will automatically renew at $9.99 per month, though it can be upgraded to Apple One Premier to add the aforementioned services. Currently, there’s no yearly option for either subscription.
To cancel your subscription at any time during the three-month period, navigate to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Apple News+ > Cancel Subscription.
