Fitness is for everyone, and Apple is making its own workout platform more inclusive with new exercises for pregnancy, older adults, and beginners.

Fresh Fitness+ features—including yoga with longtime teacher Jonelle Lewis, high-energy HIIT with Anja Garcia, and walking workouts with Jane Fonda—are set for launch on Monday, April 19.

Whether you want to stay active during pregnancy or prepare for life with a newborn, try one of 10 exercises led by Fitness+ trainer and mom-to-be Betina Gozo. Joined by fellow trainers and new moms Emily Fayette and Anja Garcia, Gozo’s 10-minute workouts accommodate any stage of pregnancy and any fitness level; she even offers tips for modifying moves using a pillow.

It’s never too late to get active. Apple trainer Molly Fox leads a series of eight workouts focused on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mobility. Many of Fox’s 10-minute activities require a light dumbbell. No equipment? No problem. You can also rely on your own bodyweight, a chair, or even the wall.

Skip the gym membership and dive right into yoga, strength, and HIIT training at home. “For those who are just getting started, consider themselves a beginner, or are getting back into exercise after a long break, there are now even more workouts to choose from to help build strength, stamina, and flexibility,” Apple boasted. “All the moves are low impact and easy to follow to help beginners feel comfortable doing basic exercises.”

Need some motivation to get moving? Who better than ’80s workout queen Jane Fonda to inspire and invigorate? A new episode of Time to Walk features the actor, producer, author, and activist talking about standing up to her fears and the power of taking action to fight climate change.

Cupertino launched the audio series earlier this year with celebrities like Dolly Parton, NBA star Draymond Green, musician Shawn Mendes, and Emmy Award winner Uzo Aduba. Each 25- to 40-minute episode focuses on a different voice to help pass the time on your walk by sharing stories and songs, along with on-screen photos. Time to Walk lives in the Apple Watch Workout app, and requires AirPods or another set of compatible Bluetooth headphones.

“Apple Fitness+ is integrated with Apple Watch to build on the goal of helping people live a better day by being more active,” Jay Blahnik, the company’s senior director of fitness technologies, said in a statement. “With more options for getting started, and staying active and healthy during pregnancy as well as at any age or fitness level, we hope even more people will be inspired to keep moving with our amazing team of passionate trainers.”

An intuitive interface, good class selection, diverse trainer team, and quality music playlists earned Fitness+ an excellent rating from PCMag. Snag three free months of the service with the purchase of an Apple Watch Series 3 or later; a regular subscription costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 a year, and requires an Apple Watch and iPhone.
